From a morning meditation to establish healthy boundaries to an energizing afternoon flow and desk yoga to rejuvenate you throughout the day. We wind down with evening restorative yoga and a sleep meditation that will guide you towards activation of your rest and digest nervous system.

Kremi Arabadjieva
Kremi Arabadjieva is a RYT-500 certified yoga instructor with training in alignment-based Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, Reiki Energy Healing, Aromatherapy and Ayurveda. In addition, Kremi has 4 years of experience in wellness, people and community from her time working at corporate and startup companies in San Francisco. She has a passion for bringing wellness into the workplace to make employees happier, healthier and more connected. As a fellow writer, photographer and experience curator, she is always looking to fuse her creativity and mindfulness practice. She now resides in Denver, Colorado where she loves to take weekend hikes and explore the beauty of the Colorado landscapes.

Teaching
Kremi stumbled into her own spiritual journey eight years ago by discovering the healing powers of yoga and meditation on the physical, emotional and energetic bodies. She started teaching to empower individuals to connect to their bodies, hearts, and souls through mindfulness, awareness and playful exploration.

Fun Fact
Kremi was born in Burgas, Bulgaria and is Bulgarian, Greek and Armenian.
