Birthing Mama® Prenatal Yoga and Wellness

These videos are brought to you by Birthing Mama@ Prenatal Yoga and Wellness. The sequences in each video are uniquely designed to target a specific aspect of yoga practice and offer supports for common complaints during pregnancy.  Each video has a specific theme to aid you in feeling strong, relaxed and healthy – both physically and spiritually. Yogic tools are offered to prepare you for childbirth and to use as you feel called to during the birthing time. Each video can be practiced on it’s own or you can string videos together as desired.

Corinne is the founder of Birthing Mama® and the owner/director of Yoga Center Amherst in Massachusetts. She has been teaching yoga to people of all ages and abilities since 2003 and prenatal & postnatal yoga specifically since 2007.  Corinne teaches weekly drop-in yoga classes, private yoga sessions for overall wellness and to support those in the childbearing years.  She is the lead teacher of the yearly 100Hr Embodyoga® In-Depth Study, 200Hr Embodyoga® Teacher Training and the 90Hr Birthing Mama® Prenatal Yoga and Wellness Teacher Training.

 

She is also the author of the new book Birthing Mama: Your Companion For A Wholistic Pregnancy. Most recently, Corinne is a graduate of the 200Hr Mindful Grieving Yoga Therapy Teacher Training through the Grief Support Network.
